The Potter County Grand Jury has found that the actions an officer took during an officer-involved shooting back in April were justified.
This stems from a standoff on the 900 block of South Lakeside at an RV park.
A man told police he found the suspect, later identified as Aaron Blackmon, 27, in his RV with a gun. When police arrived, they said the suspect began firing at officers. Officials said Amarillo Police returned fire and called in the Critical Incident Response Team.
