Fewer Americans Will Celebrate V-Day This Year

People are spending more and more money on Valentine’s Day but celebrating it less and less.

According to a study by the National Research Federation, Americans will spend an estimated $20.7-billion on Valentine’s Day this year, six percent more than last year.

This staggering amount of money is spent even with only 51 percent of people reporting they will celebrate the holiday averaging about one hundred and 62 dollars per person!

And don’t forget about your furry friends.

Puppy love is in the air this v-day with Americans expected to spend eight hundred and 86 million dollars on gifts for their pets!
