There is alarming new data about the rate of drinking among pregnant women.
According to the CDC, over 11-percent of women reported drinking alcohol while they were pregnant between 2015 and 2017.
And among those, one third engaged in binge drinking, which is having at least four drinks on one occasion.
Drinking while pregnant can cause fetal alcohol spectrum disorders which could result in physical, learning and behavioral problems in the baby.
Women who were not married were more likely to binge drink than married women.
