Don’t fear the scale

Doctors from the Cleveland Clinic say that single number isn’t always telling the whole story.

When it comes to weighing in there’s an average fluctuation of about five pounds.

However, they caution, don’t ditch the scale entirely, just be smart about it.

Pick two days a week to weigh in and be consistent with when you’re weighing yourself, and what clothes you’re wearing when you do.
