Cooking with Rocky: BBQ Corn on the Cob
- 4 Corn on the Cob; shucked
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- 3 Green Onion
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
1. Preheat grill on high.
2. Mix mayo and bbq sauce together.
3. Grill corn until you reach desired charring.
4. Slather mayo/bbq mixture on corn.
5. “Dust” with parmesan.
6. Top with chopped green onion and more parmesan.
