Clovis Police Looking for Suspect in Allsup’s Robbery

The Clovis Police Department said they are searching for a person who robbed a convenience store and made off with cash.

Around 8:47 a.m. today, CPD officer was dispatched to an Allsup’s located at 720 East 1st Street in reference to a robbery.

Officers told us they made contact with an employee who said that a male had robbed the store while armed with a knife. 

The employee told police that the man left the store and was last seen walking west.

Officers searched the area but did not locate the suspect.

Police said a small amount of money was stolen during the course of the robbery.

The suspect is described as being a light-skinned male, who was dressed in a black or dark blue jacket, and blue jeans. The suspect had covered his face with what appeared to be a white in color shirt and was armed with a knife.
