(KETK) There’s a new tourist attraction coming soon to the city of Palestine, Texas.
It’s an adult-only RV park where clothing is optional.
“It’s something really different for Palestine,” said cafe owner Rhonda Thomas. “Personally, I wouldn’t go down there, but there may be other people that like it.”
“We had a customer come in and that’s how we found about it. He said, ‘I’m moving to a new RV park just right down from y’all because the RV park I’m in now is becoming clothing optional and I am not down for that,'” added Thomas’ daugher-in-law, Alesia.
However, Alesia said she thinks it could be good for their small community.
“Any kind of business that’s going to pull money into Palestine is going to be good. As long as they have their clothes on, I’ll be good with it,” she said.
Others aren’t as enthusiastic.
“It’s a hometown feel, and I dont think it’s appropriate at all,” said resident Alexis Burnett.
