Chef Rocky’s Shrimp & Fish Tacos


– ½ cup Lime Juice

– 1/3 cup Olive Oil

– ¼ cup Cilantro Leaves

– ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flake

– 1 ea Garlic Clove

– 1 lb Tilapia Filets

– 1 lb Shrimp; P/D, tail-off

– 1 dz Corn Tortillas

– Optional: Radish, Salsa, Pico de Gallo, Chile Peppers, Cotija, etc.


1. Puree lime juice, oil, cilantro, red pepper flake, garlic and salt together using food processor or blender.

2. Cut tilapia in half lengthwise.

3. Pour marinade on seafood and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Prepare grill at medium heat.

5. Grill tilapia and shrimp until just cooked through (approx. 3 min./side).

6. Serve on tortillas with optional toppings.
