A new survey suggests millennials prefer flashy credit card perks to practical ones.
According to creditcards.com, 36-percent of millennials want travel credits and cash bonuses when getting a new card.
Only eleven-percent chose zero-percent interest on new purchases and balance transfers.
Analysts say it is because 23 to 38-year olds love to travel and see a free flight or hotel as more exciting.
The opposite is true for older generations.
30-percent of respondents -39 and older prefer the zero-percent interest option.
And experts say choosing zero-percent interest is the best way to eliminate debt.
