Billy Ivy, Jr. Returned to Federal Custody

AMARILLO, Texas - A man accused of multiple attempted murders for hire has returned to federal custody.

Billy Ivy, Jr. posted bond on his four charges of attempted murder for remuneration in Potter County.

Since Ivy was sentenced last year after pleading guilty to a federal gun charge, he was taken from the Potter County Jail to the Randall County Jail.

Along with the charges in Potter County, Ivy is also facing attempted murder for remuneration charges in Randall County and three arson charges.

Investigators also list Ivy as a possible suspect in the disappearance of Nicole Moore and the murder of Charlesetta Telford.
