A man accused in three attempted murder for hire cases is now facing two more counts of capital murder while remuneration.

The indictments against Billy Ivy, Junior were filed today in Potter County.

In the documents, it is alleged that Ivy tried to hire Billy Joe Elmore to kill two people.

Elmore was shot and killed by police during a standoff last month at a northeast Amarillo home.

Ivy is facing two other counts of the same thing in Potter County and one count in Randall County.

Ivy has also been arrested for two arsons and a charge of tampering with a witness, along with awaiting sentencing on a federal weapons charge.

Federal court documents show that Ivy may also be considered a suspect in the 2016 murder of Chalesetta Telford and the disappearance of Nicole Moore last December.

Ivy is in the Randall County Jail after his federal release was revoked.
