A new criminal complaint has been filed in Randall County against Billy Ivy, Jr. for Capital Murder for Remuneration.

Ivy is also facing four counts of the same charge in Potter County and one other in Randall County.

According to documents, Ivy is facing these charges because of his alleged numerous attempts to pay someone to kill someone else.

He has also been indicted on multiple counts of arson.

Randall County officials said Ivy was transferred today from the Randall County Jail to federal prison after being sentenced to 41-months on federal weapons charges back in November.
