Billy Ivy, Jr. is back in the custody of the federal marshals and back in the Randall County Jail.

According to jail records, Ivy was remanded back to federal custody yesterday.

Potter County officials said he did not post bond for the two charges of attempted capital murder for remuneration.

Ivy also faces two counts of attempted murder and two counts of arson charges revolving around a murder for hire plot.

He is also waiting to be sentenced on federal weapons charges next month.

A motion was filed on Monday to revoke his release on that case.
