An update on a murder for hire story we’ve been following for weeks.
Billy Glenn Ivy Jr. Has been indicted for solicitation of capital murder, conspiracy to commit capital murder, and arson.
We reported last week that Ivy is also facing weapons charges for possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of a firearm unidentified by serial number.
Two other suspects are also facing charges in this case.
