(WOWT) Mommy Fitness in Omaha, Nebraska it looks like a gym, and sounds like one, with the instructor leading a class, but there’s one big difference. That’s the little feet that are running around the room.
 
At this fitness facility, babies are welcome in several workout classes, which specialize in pre and postpartum fitness.
 
“That means we take extra consideration into all the things that women have to go through, that their bodies are changing during that time,” says owner Julie Summers.
 
The classes range, from something relaxing, like yoga, to more intense options, like cardio and strength.
 
“I rest when I have to,” says class participant Julia Lund. “There’s no competition, I feel like it’s ok for me to be fatigued.”
