The conclusion of the 2016 NFL Draft didn’t spell the end of their football careers for two former West Texas A&M football players.

Running back Geremy Aldridge-Mitchell, a two-time Lone Star Conference first team member, signed a free agent contract with the New Orleans Saints while defensive end Iosia Iosia signed with the Tennessee Titans.

Measuring in at six-foot-seven, 305-pounds, Iosia racked up nine and a half sacks while with the Buffs and 80 career tackles.

Aldridge-Mitchell wrapped up his Buff career with 47 rushing touchdowns and 3,381 yards.

The pair become the 10th and 11th WT alums currently in the NFL.
