Amarillo Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that builds homes for low-income families. The organization would not be able to build these homes without their ReStore.
The Amarillo Habitat for Humanity ReStore has been on 34th and Western for many years, but now they have a new home at 2626 Paramount.
Kim Webb, ReStore Manager said, “It’s kind of like the homes we build for our families, you know it’s their own home, this is our own home. We actually get to do it the way we want to do it. All the money we put into it and the hard work is going to actually be for our benefit and for our families benefits.”
Volunteers, donors, and the community made the move possible.
The ReStore will have the same great deals they always have. 100% of the profits go towards fulfilling Amarillo Habitat for Humanity’s mission.
The new location at 2626 Paramount officially opened on Friday, February 8. For more information give them a call at (806) 373-1185 or visit their Facebook page.
