4 Arrested Durning Wednesday Morning Burglary

On Wednesday at 10:23 a.m., APD officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of north Woodland on a burglary alarm.
Officers saw two people run out of the back of the residence and get into a white Chevrolet truck parked in the alley. The truck went north bound in the alley and eventually came out onto north east 14th Avenue.
Officers initiated a stop and the suspects stopped at north east 14th and north Seminole.
Gregory Don McBeth, 45, Dustin Glenn Knight, 36, and Kevin Dean Snodgrass, 43, were all detained for suspicion of burglary.
The two officers handcuffed McBeth first and moved on to the other suspects. While handcuffing the other suspects, McBeth ran from the scene.
The officers secured Knight and Snodgrass and then chased McBeth. Officers determined that McBeth had gone into a residence in the 1400 block of north Roosevelt.
Elizabeth Ann McBeth, 31, was at the residence. She gave officers false information about Gregory McBeth being in the residence in an attempt to hinder his apprehension. Several items of clothing and the handcuffs that McBeth had been wearing were located in the residence.
Gregory McBeth was located in the attic of the house. McBeth resisted arrest and officers deployed a Taser to safely take him into custody.
Officers found that Elizabeth McBeth did attempt to hinder the arrest of Gregory McBeth. Elizabeth was found to be in possession of a small baggie of marijuana. It was determined that Gregory McBeth, Dustin Knight, and Kevin Snodgrass were all connected to the original burglary that officers were dispatched on.
Elizabeth McBeth was placed under arrest for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution and Possession of Marijuana less than Two Ounces.
Dustin Knight was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation.
Kevin Snodgrass was found to be in possession of about five grams of methamphetamine in several small baggies. He was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, Manufacture / Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group One Greater than or Equal to Four Grams but Less than Two Hundred Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Gregory McBeth was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, Escape While Arrested or Confined, and Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport.
All of the Suspects were booked into the Potter County Detention Center.
