Amarillo Police continue to investigate after two early morning drive-by shootings in the San Jacinto Neighborhood.
Officials say on Sunday at 5:23 a.m., Amarillo Police responded to shots fired call on the 300 block of North Florida Street.
The victims told police they were asleep when they heard what they believed to be six or seven gunshots from outside of the house.
The officers found multiple places on the residence that had been struck by bullets. No injuries were reported in this incident. No arrests have been made in this case.
On Tuesday at 12:07 a.m., Amarillo Police were called out to a residence on the 500 block of South Louisiana on shots fired. A 24-year-old male at the residence had minor injuries from one of the bullets grazing his head. The officers located several places on the residence that were struck by bullets. No arrests have been made in this case.
Amarillo Police Department Detectives continue the investigation into both of these cases.
