1 cup Butter (2 sticks, room temperature)
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Flour
1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Cream together Butter, Sugar, and Brown Sugar
- Add Peanut Butter, Eggs, and Vanilla
- Stir in Baking Soda, Salt, and Flour
- Add Chocolate Chips
- On a cookie sheet, spoon 1 Tablespoon on cookie mixture 2 inches apart. Flatten cookies with back of a cup dipped in flour. Bake at 325 for 9 minutes or until brown.
