Zemer's Deli's Cheese Grits

6 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1 ½ cup long cooking grits
3 eggs
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
3 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of Tabasco
1 stick of butter

Bring water to a boil. Add grits slowly and cook 20 to 30 minutes until done. Add salt, grated cheese, remaining ingredients and beaten eggs. Stir until combined and put in casserole dish. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
