The Crave Factory's Brussels Sprouts

1 pound bag of Brussels
6-8 Slices of Bacon
1 Chopped Onion
2-3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
3 T Butter

Boil Brussels sprouts whole to blanch or until tender, strain them let them cool and cut into halves. In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic in 3 Tablespoons of butter. Fry bacon and crumble, salt and pepper to taste. Add Brussels Sprouts to the sauté and bacon. Cover with lid to steam.
