Sesame Ginger Salmon

 Ginger Marinade

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame seed
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 salmon filets Honey

Ginger Glaze

2 tbsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sriracha or more to taste
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp sesame seeds

1. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the glaze and set aside
2. In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients for the marinade
3. In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine ginger marinade and salmon filets; marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight, turning the bag occasionally.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray
5. Place salmon filets and marinade in the prepared baking dish and bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes
6. Serve salmon immediately with the Honey Ginger Glaze
