Rory's Oven Roasted Italian Chicken Wings

24 wings and drum combo
1 white onion, sliced thin
12 Pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup chicken broth
10 cherries tomatoes, cut in half
1 teaspoon garlic
3 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup light virgin olive oil
Fresh ground Sea salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Pre heat oven to 375
2. Toss wings in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
3. Place on baking sheet and place in pre heated oven
4. In a large sauté pan add remaining olive oil  heat to medium heat and add onions, sauté for 8 minutes
5. Add pepperoncini peppers and Tomatoes sauté and then add chicken broth after 5 minutes; add garlic and sauté on low for a few more minutes season with salt and pepper
6. After about 15 minutes check your chicken wings, they are done when liquid runs clear out of them.
7. Once chicken is done toss them in a bowl with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese
8. Top with onions and peppers and serve hot.
