Pan-Handlers' Watermelon & Feta Salad

Dressing:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Tabasco or other hot sauce
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper

Salad:
8-10 cups watermelon, chopped or melon balled 
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled or chopped into cubes
1 ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 cup coarsely chopped mint leaves
