1 tablespoon sesame oil
3-4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Heat sesame oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic and cook until edges begin to brown-- about 20 seconds. Add green beans and stir with garlic. Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir ingredients and recover. Turn burner off and let sit for a minute or two. Serve warm or let cool and refrigerate for later.
