Country Corn Chowder

2 pkgs. Pioneer Country Gravy Mix
4 c. water, separated
¼ c. onion, diced
1 can cream style corn
1 c. frozen kernel corn, thawed
4-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 c. chicken stock

1. Prepare Pioneer Country Gravy according to package instructions, using 3 cups of boiling water and 1 cup cool water for the slurry. Add diced onions to the water as it comes to a boil.  
2. Once fully thickened, about one minute, add the cream style corn, kernel corn, and chopped bacon to the prepared gravy.  
3. Adjust consistency with chicken stock as desired.
