BL Bistro's Veal Pasta

Ingredients:
2 veal cutlets
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cup diced prosciutto
1 chopped shallot
1/2 cup Parmesan
4T heavy cream

Directions:
Dust veal in flour and sear 2-4 minutes.
Sauté shallot, mushroom, ham until golden brown. Add cream and cheese, reduce and toss with favorite pasta.
