Tempura Shrimp Cocktail

4 shrimp
1 avocado
1 sambal
1 horseradish
1 part flour 
1 egg
1/2 cup water
lemon slice

Fill glass with spring mix, add sambal and horseradish and avocado. Mix flour, egg, and water to make tempura batter. Dip shrimp in batter and fry two - three minutes. Serve with lemon slice.
