BL Bistro's Seared Scallops with Banana Pico de Gallo

3 sea scallops
1 jalapeno, diced
3T lemon juice and lime juice
2T sugar
1 banana, diced
salt & pepper
Sear scallops in pan 2-3 minutes each side. Remove and place on bed of spring mix. Mix all pico de gallo ingredients and place on top of scallops.
