BL Bistro's Marinated Sea Bass with Strawberry Jicama

Marinated Sea Bass Ingredients:
Chilean Sea Bass
1/2 cup water
2T Soy Sauce
2T Agave nectar

Strawberry Jicama Ingredients:
1 4-6oz. Chilean Sea bass
3-5 Diced Strawberries
1 Jicama Peeled and diced
3 Green Onions
1 Cilantro
Salt & Pepper
Lime Juice
 
Method:
Marinate sea bass in 1/2 cup water, 2T Soy Sauce, 2T Agave nectar. marinated 20-30 minutes. Sear on both sides and top with straberry jicima.
