(NBC News) The second big storm of the season has swept through the Midwest and hit the East Coast overnight, and this one packed a much bigger punch than the polar vortex a few weeks ago.
The Federal Government is open today - on a two hour delay, but employees have the option of staying home.
That's what officials are urging people to do, if they can.
Roads in many areas are treacherous.
