Polk Street in Amarillo was filled with locals paying respects to hometown heroes past, present and future.
The annual veteran's parade had high school bands, boy scout troops, even a veteran themed Orange County Chopper bike, courtesy of Goodies Popcorn on making their way down Polk.
Aaron Becaner asys, "it's real exciting getting to honor all of our veterans. We really appreciate their service, and we just get to show support for them whether they're here or overseas."
