Jennifer's Tips for a Healthy Fourth
    - Make July 4th Fruit Skewers using watermelon stars and blueberries.
    - Make a Fruit and Cheese Tray (using red, white and blue to make a flag)
    - Use whole wheat buns, lean meats, marinades, etc. 
    - Grill fruits and veggies
    - Take skin off chicken
    - Use a clean grill
    - Avoid cross-contamination
