PAMPA -- On Monday around 8:15 p.m., Pampa Police were called out to the intersection of Cuyler and Highway 60 on a wreck with injuries.
When police arrived, they found that a truck traveling eastbound on Highway 60 had crashed into the back of a car that was stopped for a red light at the intersection.
35-year-old Jesus Barrueta-Dominguez, the truck driver, fled the scene before police arrived. A warrant for “Failing to Stop and Render Aid/ Serious Bodily Injury” has been issued for his arrest and he is still at large.
The driver of the car was not hurt. One adult and two children were sent by Pampa EMS to Pampa Regional Medical Center. The adult and the 8-year-old girl were treated and later released from Pampa Regional Medical Center. The 4-year-old boy was transferred via LifeStar to North West Texas Hospital and was listed in Critical Condition.
