(KTSM) You may think you've got a green thumb, but even the finest gardeners among us could probably learn a thing or two from Dorothy Wheeler.
The 71 year-old El Paso, Texas grandmother takes a lot of pride in her garden, but even she was a little shocked by what she pulled out of the ground last Friday.
"Ooh, look at this. I said, you got to see this! I was kind of frightened of it when i saw it. I couldn't believe it," she said.
It was a sweet potato, larger than most newborns, and heavier than some dogs. It weighed a whopping eight pounds, more than four times the size of a typical tuber.
