The family of a woman who fell to her death while riding a roller coaster has filed suit against Six Flags Over Texas.
Rosa Esparza fell out of her seat while riding the Texas Giant on July 19.
The suit claims the roller coaster's safety security light system malfunctioned during Espara's ride.
Commercial litigation attorney Dan Madden says he expects Six Flags will try to settle the suit quickly.
The family is seeking at least one million dollars in damages.
Park officials plan to re-open the Texas Giant this weekend.
