Rory's Watermelon Jalapeno Gazpacho

Ingredients: 
1/2 a watermelon cubed and seeded and any juice 
1/2 a green bell pepper
1/2 a red bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 red onion 
Zest of one lemon
1/2 jalapeno
1/3 a carrot

Directions:
1.    Place all ingredients in food processor  except 10 cubes of Watermelon,  1/2 a jalapeno, Parsley and Lemon Zest
2.    Pulse for a few seconds to create a  semi thick cold soup, Place in refrigerator
3. Slice  1/2 jalapeno very thin 
4.    Divide gazpacho into unique chilled bowls and garnish with cubes of Watermelon,  and fried parsley, Jalapeno  and lemon zest
