2 8oz NY Strips
8 shrimp, cut length-wise
2 green chilies, diced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Pica Pica Sauce)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lime
Cajun seasoning
Steak seasoning


1.  Preheat grill to 350
2.  Lightly oil and season steaks with steak seasoning; place on grill and cook to desired temperature
3. In a medium saute pan, heat olive oil and Pica Pica sauce; add shrimp and saute for about 3 minutes or until shrimp are just opaque.  Add heavy cream and season with Cajun and reduce by half or until shrimp are cooked
4.  Remove from pan, add green chilies and squeeze lime.  Saute a few minutes
5.  Top steaks with green chilies and shrimp; pour remainder of sauce over steaks
6.  Serve with your favorite sides
