2 chicken breasts
1 smoked sausage
1 cup Stetson Kentucky Bourbon
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken base

1.  Slice sausage and place chicken breast and sausage in bowl with bourbon and sugar
2.  Let marinate at least 1 hour
3.  In a small saute pan, add chicken broth and marinade.  Let reduce by at least half.  (Be careful-- marinade will ignite)
4.  Place chicken on grill and cook on each side for about four minutes or until cooked through.
5.  Place sausage in sauce and let heat up.  Once chicken is cooked, slice on a bias and place over potato cake.  Top with sausage and bourbon sauce.
