1 pound cleaned shrimp
1 pound cleaned scallops
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 cup white wine
1/2 onion, sliced thin
4 tomatoes, seeded and diced
Olive Oil
Sea salt and pepper
Mango, diced (optional for sweetness)
Siracha (optional for heat)
Parsley, chopped
Parmesan for grating


Cook one pound pasta of choice.

1.  In a large skillet, heat oil.
2.  Dry and season shrimp and scallops
3.  Cook shrimp and scallops in oil for about a minute on each side.
4.  Remove from skillet for later
5.  Add onions and start to sweat
6.  Lower heat add garlic and wine and tomatoes; let cook for 5 minutes
7   Add chicken broth; let simmer until reduced by half
8.  Add shrimp and scallops n finish cooking
9.  Add pasta and parsley; toss and serve hot with fresh grated parmesan
