AMARILLO -- NTSB officials have released a final report on a deadly plane crash that killed three local family members, last week.

According to the report, the plane was scheduled to land at Tradewind Airport but was rerouted to Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport due to heavy fog.

The pilot, 48-year-old William Capt, missed the approach.

That's when the plane went down near the Potter-Carson County line.

William Capt, 48-year-old Robin Capt, and 19-year-old William Capt the Second all died.
