AMARILLO -- A new charge has been handed down in federal court for one of the 13-people arrested in a September drug bust.
Bobby Ray Holman was charged today of conspiracy to distribute 500-grams or more of cocaine in a superseding indictment.
So far nine of the thirteen suspects have made plea deals for their part in the drug ring.
According to court documents the group had ties to the Mexican Gulf Cartel.
