Lawsuit Filed Against KS Bail Bounty Hunter

A lawsuit's been filed after a kansas bondsman allegedly tased and maced a man at his home.
AMARILLO --  A lawsuit's been filed after a Kansas bondsman allegedly tased and maced a man at his home.
    It happened last November, on the 3600 block of Amarillo Blvd. east.
    Donald Ray Adams, 65, was arrested and charged with assault resulting in bodily injury.
    The man Adams allegedly assaulted, Aguer Gak, is now pressing charges against Adams for assault and gross negligence.
    Gak claims adams was a bounty hunter from kansas, in search of a bail jumper.
    According to the suit, Adams assaulted Gak thinking he was the bail jumper
    Gak was not the guy, and is now asking to be compensated for actual damages and exemplary damages.
