According to the firm, the city's election system is preventing Hispanics from electing their preffered candidates.

Now, the firm is asking the city to take steps to fix the alleged injustice.

The allegations stem from a letter sent to city attorney Tom Moore by the law firm: "Bickel and Brewer Storefront".
