Lady Gaga has a lawsuit on her hands.

A former assistant is suing the singer for more than $350,000 in unpaid overtime wages.

Jennifer O'Neill, says she worked 24/7 because Gaga worked every day.

The entertainer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, has testified that O'Neill quote: "deserves every one of her $75,000 that we agreed to. But she does not deserve a penny more."

That was O'Neill's salary.

Lady Gaga's representatives tell CNN the lawsuit is completely without merit.

The trial date has been set for November.
