How to Get Election Identification Certificates

DPS Mobile Stations This Week
AMARILLO -- The DPS has a way for voters to get election identification certificates so they can vote this election cycle.

This is the first election that a Photo ID will be required before a person can cast a ballot.

So, the DPS is setting up several mobile locations to get voters prepared.

The mobile locations will be set up in the following counties through Friday: Armstrong, Briscoe, Collingsworth, Potter, Randall, and Roberts counties.

The schedule for EIC mobile stations in Collingsworth County is as follows:
Wednesday, October 23 - Friday, October 25 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The schedule for EIC mobile stations in Briscoe County is as follows:
Wednesday, October 23 - Friday, October 25 from 9a.m. - 4p.m.

The schedule for EIC mobile stations in Armstrong County is as follows:
Wednesday, October 23 - Friday, October 25 from 9a.m. - 4p.m.

The schedule for EIC mobile stations in Roberts County is as follows:
Wednesday, October 23 - Friday, October 25 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Other acceptable forms of photo ID are:
Texas driver license issued by DPS
Texas personal identification card issued by DPS
Texas concealed handgun license issued by DPS
United States military identification card containing the persons photograph
United States citizenship certificate containing the persons photograph
United States passport
