Home heating bills are expected to increase this winter, for most Americans.
That's according to the US Department of Energy's cost forecast, released this week.
Analysts predict households with natural gas will spend 13-percent more heating their homes this winter, compared to last year.
Propane users can expect a 9- percent jump.
Those who use only electricity will likely pay 2-percent more.
Homes with heating oil, especially in the Northeastern US, may get a bit of a break.
The DOE says oil prices look to be down about 2-percent.
