(KTSM) The fallout from last week's heavy rains are widespread and they are even effecting those no longer with us.
Families of veterans are disturbed sinking headstones and graves at Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso, Texas.
The cemetery was "xeriscaped" a couple of years ago; sparse grass and weeds were replaced with dirt and small rocks.
Some families say that's to blame, but experts say even with grass the sinking would still occur.
