The 16-day government shutdown cost the Federal Government roughly $6-billion in back pay to federal workers.
That's the tally coming from the Office of Management and Budget's latest report.
The agency says federal workers missed 6.6 million days of work during the shutdown.
They have since been reimbursed for that period.
Analysts also estimate that the shutdown will slightly reduce fourth quarter GDP growth.
